Refund Policy
Rocky Mountain Adventure Riders (RMAR) accepts donations and contributions to further the published mission. Contributor appreciation events are held in thanks for these donations. All funds or other resources provided to RMAR are non-refundable. No refunds will be made, except in the following extreme cases, less up to $500 to cover expenses, and will be made within 30 days after request is approved in the form of a check:
- Subsequent to contribution, the death of the contributor, his or her spouse, parent, brother, sister, son or daughter supported by a copy of the respective death certificate.
- Subsequent to contribution, the incapacitating illness or injury of the client supported by a physician's sworn statement on an official form or original letterhead.
- Subsequent to contribution, military transfer overseas of the contributor supported by a copy of official orders from the U.S. Armed Forces.
All refund requests must be made in writing with supporting documentation and mailed to: RMAR, PO Box 62466, Colorado Springs, CO 80923.
